The utilization of the Keiser pneumatic technology allows for better programming for power and measurement of power output. As our athletes to progress through the continuum of proper movement, to strength and then to power.

FAST utilizes the TRAIN HEROIC online training platform to deliver our online training to our athletes both on-site and off-site. This allows for our performance staff to provide detailed programming with video examples for each exercise to ensure complete understanding of the programs when they are in our facility, or remotely with their teams as they travel. Train Heroic also allows our performance staff to monitor their progress as they log in each workout.

The FAST Metabolic Lab is excited with their new programming and analysis technology provided by MIO LABS, WATTBIKE and TRAINER ROAD. The Wattbike is a state-of-the-art training bike that allows our staff to analyze left-to right asymmetries and power output on real-time video monitors. The Trainer Road App allows us to program each phase of our detailed metabolic testing and programming to build customized plans for each athlete’s needs. Our metabolic programming is not limited to the Wattbike. Our programs can be used on treadmills, rowing machines, in the pool or in the gym using our heart rate monitoring systems provided by Mio Labs. The Mio Band is a low-cost, extremely accurate band that works with the Mio App for tracking and analysis of heart rate zone work.
