A NEW WAY OF TRAINING
BASEBALL TRAINING FOR THE MODERN ATHLETE

Over the last decade, the game of baseball has gone through a revolution unlike any in its long and storied history. Athletes are bigger, faster and stronger than they have ever been and one could argue this is the greatest generation of baseball player in the history of the game. In order for these super athletes to compete at such high levels, their training has to be elevated as well. Today’s baseball player takes advantage of modern training techniques like weighted ball training, surgical tube exercises focusing on the shoulder and rotator cuff, and technology that reads your spin rate, pitch movement, elbow torque, exit velocity, launch angle, bat speed and swing plane.

FAST Baseball Development has continued to grow, learn and adapt these new modern training tools into our arsenal to offer our athletes the greatest insight into how their body moves and how their game is executed.

TESTIMONIAL : PETER BAYER

FAST is a place where all are welcome regardless of where you are starting from. Nobody needs to be intimidated walking through the door because all the trainers have seen it all and worked with individuals from all starting points. Also, all the trainers have a very solid background in what they do and know what they are doing, which is obviously very important. Over the past 5 years, the facility grew tremendously and is now a state-of-the-art place. There is not a baseball facility in Colorado that is remotely close to what is offered at FAST – it is worth the trip if you are coming from further away and I made this trek every single day living in Parker because I wanted to be a part of the culture and grow the brand.

One of the best things about FAST is once you grasp the basics of training (proper warm-up, throwing program, recovery, mobility, lifting) you have the freedom to be able to do whatever you want and need. The trainers are there for you and if you are self-motivated, the sky’s the limit. Being self-motivated and asking questions are two of the most important things that trainees should do and often neglect. If you want to take your game to the next level, FAST offers all the tools but ultimately you are the one that must put the work in. You’ll be training alongside athletes who will help you, who you can watch and learn from, and they will also pick things up from you. You’ll be able to get 1% better daily if you put in the effort which is what we preach because it adds up to huge results over the long-term.
