Hockey is one of the most physically demanding sports in the world. The FAST Performance team has 2 decades of experience with the high school, NCAA and Professional demands of the Hockey player. Our lateral, rotational, and power programs have prolonged our athletes’ careers and allowed them to compete at the highest levels of the sport. With injury reduction/prevention being paramount, we focus on our athlete’s foot, ankle, knee, hip and shoulder mobility and stability first. This allows the hockey athletes to build a “bulletproof” body from the ground up.
