* Families are contractually obligated to complete payments for the duration of the membership. Memberships cannot be canceled unless of extenuating circumstances such as injury or illness in which case FAST reserves the right to decide if these circumstances meet criteria for pausing or terminating the membership. Special exceptions may be made. Memberships cannot be transferred or shared amongst siblings or family members. FAST reserves the right to issue refunds based criteria above, however there are no refunds for unused, missed or unattended sessions/months. Should you choose to terminate your membership before the expiration date, a $500 penalty will be assessed for early termination. By purchasing this membership you agree to the terms above.
