Lacrosse is the fastest growing field sport in the United States. At FAST, we are uniquely positioned to understand the demands of the sport. Our staff is presently working the professional lacrosse athletes from the PLL and NLL Colorado Mammoth box team athletes. We are presently improving the performance of Pro, NCAA and Colorado high school athletes. Our performance team builds strength and movement programs that are specific for each position on the field. Regardless of your position, if you are a defenseman, goalie, midfielder, or attackman, we have the experience and programming in improve your foot speed, lateral movement, sprint skills, rotary movement, strength and power to achieve your goals in Lacrosse.

Speed. This is the emphasis of everything. As I began to work with JC more, I started to see the different ways to improve upon it. No athlete simply has a perfect foundation and understanding of how to be agile and swift. With JC, I began to train faster, making my movements more explosive and bettering my fundamentals. Something as simple as running and sprinting is broken down into drills that ensure you have the right angle of attack while also keeping everything moving forward.

When it comes to keeping your mind in the game, Lacrosse requires a high IQ; knowing what to do, where to be and reacting to whatever happens. Simple agility drills with cones, bands, ball reaction drills progress over time into more complex drills requiring high levels of energy while being able to process information. Training at the advanced level with JC separates you from your competition in the 4th quarter and big games where the intensity and pressure is high.

For strength training, this is when the JC and the team at FAST build your technique from good to great. The focus is on being stronger and faster while staying focused on injury prevention. Their use of simple movement skills with dumbbells, kettlebells and olympic bars progress over time to the usage of their air technology systems and full-body movement based exercise strategies. Their training systems are like no other.
