20 Rounds of the MLB Draft is what we are looking at now. No longer the days of 60 rounds & thousands of minor leaguers who are done after 2 seasons. Plus the armature player is more educated on a professional level then ever before when it comes to on & off the field manners.  Looking at the draft as a whole, it is not surprising that these are the top players in the world.
