1. EVALUATION

ADP HITTING EVALUATION

Our Evaluation Session provides athletes with a comprehensive assessment of their current performance profile and long-term development potential. Each athlete undergoes an in-depth analysis of mobility, strength, movement efficiency, pitching or hitting mechanics, and advanced TrackMan data.

Using these findings, our staff develops a detailed performance report outlining key strengths, limitations, and individualized areas for improvement. This process allows athletes and families to clearly understand both where the athlete currently stands and what can be achieved through a structured development plan within our ADP program.

The cost of the evaluation will be fully credited toward enrollment in a long-term ADP development program.

Meet Our Staff

BROOKS BENSON

HITTING INSTRUCTOR

  • Raised in Parker CO. Attended Chaparral HS before attending Garden City (CC), then Nebraska-Kearney (D2), and finally Southwestern Oklahoma State (D2)

  • All-Conference Outfielder for Garden City where in 2016 he helped them finish 45-17 completing one of the greatest seasons ever in the history of GCCC.

  • Played in the Independent Leagues for the Monterey Amberjacks, BlackSox and the Idaho Falls Chukars.

  • Currently FAST’s director of hitting where he brings lots of knowledge and enthusiasm to the game for the next generation of players. 

CHAD BELL

HITTING AND CATCHING INSTRUCTOR

  • Born and raised in Fort Collins CO. Graduated Rocky Mountain High School in 2015 then played college baseball at Western Nevada (JuCo) and Louisiana Monroe (Division 1).

  • Set the single-season home run record at ULM in 2019 which led to 1st team All-Conference and 1st team All-Region selections.

  • Was drafted in the 2019 MLB draft by the New York Yankees. Made it all the way to AAA before retiring in 2023.

  • Experienced hitting instructor of all-ages with knowledge that I have learned over the years from playing with some of the best players in the world.
