YOUTH ACADEMY

FAST Youth Academy puts the fun back into fundamentals.

Youth athletes have specific needs and FAST understands that their attention spans are short so doing repetitive mechanics based drills gets boring.

We start each one of our youth sessions with our FAST Arm Care program to begin youth athletes down the path of learning how to take care their arm.

Each session incorporates movement based drills to build athleticism within each athlete while keeping the sessions fun and energetic.
